From free account to winning bid

One clear process, no surprises. This is exactly what happens before a vehicle is yours — account, deposit, research and bidding.

Step 1

Create your free account

Browsing costs nothing and commits you to nothing. With a free account you see the first photos of every lot, save favorites, and follow the auction calendar of BDS, ARAI, USS, TAA and more.

  • No subscription and no participation fees
  • One calendar across all connected auction houses

Step 2

Verify & place a refundable deposit

Your deposit is what makes your bids credible towards the auction houses — and it sets your bidding room. Your bid limit is 4× your deposit, with up to 5 bids per auction day.

  • Private buyers from € 1,000 · businesses from € 10,000
  • Deposit € 2,500 → bid on vehicles worth up to € 10,000
  • Fully refundable while you have no active bids or open invoices
Step 3

Research with real auction data

Every lot carries the auction house inspection sheet: component grades, known issues, verified mileage and detailed photos. Recent sale prices of similar vehicles — plus the cost calculator on every lot — tell you what a bid really costs, landed at your port.

Step 4

Place bids before the deadline

Bids stay editable drafts until the auction-day deadline, typically 22:00 CET the evening before. Change or withdraw them freely until then; at the deadline they lock and go to our bidding team.

  • Each bid can go up to your full remaining bid limit
  • Your dashboard shows the maximum number of vehicles your current bids can win
Step 5

Auction day in Japan

Our licensed agents bid for you live on the auction floor. Win, and your EUR price is fixed on the spot at the locked exchange rate. Lose, and your full limit is released for the next auction day — either way, bidding itself never costs a cent.

Won a vehicle? That's where the second half begins.
